This contract’s aim was to assist the set-up of a team in charge of the WWTP operation.
The consultant was in charge of finalising the operation manual and other documents, to train the WWTP operation staff, to implement and follow-up equipment maintenance and to validate the forecasted operation budget. These actions were carried out during the commissioning phase of the WWTP.
